Here are some examples of the paperwork you can receive during the progress of a claim. The courts run on two main items - a timetable and standard paperwork. The timetable is fixed in that no claim should run over 30 weeks. If you get a claim it can be 7 months before there is a day in court. Between receiving a claim, and a hearing there will be paperwork in between. You should note that less than 1 in 10 people getting a claim, actually get to a hearing date!
