Ransomes Park v B & E Hamblion

This case concerns "Trespass" and who can take action (standing) and what they can charge for it (damages).

It is specific to Proserve Enforcement Solutions and their activities at Ransomes Europark in Ipswich. Proserve sit outside the normal parking charge business model and have their own take on it as the following article shows.

Anger over £250 trespass notice given to tradesman who claims he parked for only FIVE minutes as a lorry blocked Screwfix car park at Ransomes Europark

As this is an abnormal way of working, it is put here for information only
