No ticket is produced

A common fault on all pay and display machines is no ticket being produced. Machine failure due to age, vandalism and more importantly poor maintenance is usally to blame. If your issue is no ticket produced, appeal but ask for details of

a) when the machine was last maintained

b) when was the machine last serviced

c) when was the paper stock changed - the usual reason for failure

b) age of the machine.

If it is a court claim, then print this page out to show that failure to issue a ticket is a "common fault". This has been taken from a joint Bromsgrove/British Parking Association training guide.
