Consent Orders

Consent Orders are where the two parties agree to vary the process. In this case, the Defendant had a CCJ and the Claimant through their solicitors, Wright Hassall, agreed to allow the CCJ to be removed (set aside) and for there to be a period of time to allow further discussions on settling the case without court.

Note the error in the Wright Hassall paperwork where the hearing was in 2016 but the statement is supposedly dated 2015. Solicitors do make errors all the time, so always check.
