ParkingEye in Scotland

Since there is no Keeper Liability in Scotland, and since ParkingEye only ever get Keeper details, they have to be careful never to say or imply the Keeper is liable. To do so get a visit to see the Procurator Fiscal up there as Civil Enforcement are finding out.

Notice to Keeper in Scotland.

ParkingEye Notice to Keeper Scotland

As is usual with ParkingEye they misstate the position. The Driver is not obliged to pay. Nor is he obliged to appeal. They want people to appeal so they can identify them. We recommend ignoring them of if you are the Keeper tell them they should take it up with the driver who you are not obliged to name. Known for their deceit [ParkingEye v Somerfield 2011]
