Like most retailers, hospitals, ports and airports, there is an Estates department somewhere that either has hired the parking company - or knows who has. 

First contact should be with the Estates to ask if they approved the company for the particular site. If they did not, ask them to tell you the name of the site's managing agents e.g Savilles or British Land
