Run and owned by James (Jamie) & Nicholas De Savary. Unusually the company actually owns most of the car parks it runs and issues tickets as "revenue protection". Can be tenacious with those abusing their car parks but on the whole are reasonable when mitigating circumstances are explained. Moved from the British Parking Association scheme to the IPC on 01/03/2016.

Stage 1 - Notice to Driver
Stage 2 - Notice to Keeper
Stage 2a - Reminder to Keeper
Some companies send out a reminder 7 days after the Notice to Keeper letter. This confuses people as they think they have lost the chance to appeal. You haven't. You can still appeal within the 28 days though there is no legal reason why you cannot appeal at any time to "mitigate" loss.
Stage 3 - Appeal Rejection
Everyone gets one of these but this is your chance to appeal to the Ombudsman to get it cancelled. Alternatively write back to the parking company and refute their allegations and invite them to make their claim in court where they will be asked to produce a contract with the site owners to demonstrate their claims are valid.
Stage 4 - Debt Collector letters
See the Debt Collection section for more information on this stage.
