Strangely Cascade has a second string to its bow which according to the Information Commissioner is as a "PPI RECLAIM EXPERT".
Given the multi-talented Mr Busch is known to send out-of-time paperwork it is best to check and if there is no Keeper Liability, then complain to Trading Standards and the DVLA. Perhaps he is just "forgetful".
Despite being an expert in many areas of business the company was dissolved on 22/12/15 because a "forgetful" Director/Owner Mohammed Habib Buksh forgot to fill out the paperwork. Company reinstated on 13/01/16 and joined the IPC on 28/01/16. Genius!

Some companies send out a reminder 7 days after the Notice to Keeper letter. This confuses people as they think they have lost the chance to appeal. You haven't. You can still appeal within the 28 days though there is no legal reason why you cannot appeal at any time to "mitigate" loss.

Everyone gets one of these but this is your chance to appeal to the POPLA to get it cancelled.
