Regulation 27 - release of personal information

Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 2002 Regulation 27 and Regulation 28 allows for the release of keeper information - as opposed to driver information.

Regulation 27.1(e) is the "reasonable cause" provision which says the DVLA can release information "by[to] any person who can show to the satisfaction of the Secretary of State that he has reasonable cause for wanting the particulars to be made available to him."
